Terms of Service

FrescoLeads is a private affiliate network. Access is by application and approval only. By submitting an application you confirm that you (i) are at least 18 years old, (ii) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and (iii) operate the traffic source you describe in your application.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any application or account at our sole discretion, including for reasons related to traffic quality, regulatory exposure, brand fit, or compliance.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to (a) generate fraudulent or artificial traffic, (b) engage in self-referral or collusion, (c) bid on brand keywords where prohibited by the advertiser, or (d) violate any applicable advertising or consumer protection law in the jurisdictions where your traffic originates.

We monitor traffic patterns and may withhold or reverse commissions that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be the result of prohibited activity.

Commissions are calculated according to the plan attached to each campaign at the time of conversion. Rates, attribution windows, and qualifying conditions are visible in your dashboard before you promote any offer.

Payouts follow the cycle configured for your account (weekly by default). Minimum payout thresholds apply. We reserve the right to delay a payout for the duration of any compliance, fraud, or chargeback investigation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your promotional activity complies with the advertising, financial promotion, and gambling rules of every jurisdiction where your audience is located. This includes but is not limited to disclosure of commercial nature, age-gating, geo-targeting restrictions, and license-specific marketing rules.

Where an offer requires it (financial services, gambling), you must include the required risk warnings, terms of service link, and responsible-gambling messaging provided in the offer materials.

We use a combination of server-to-server postback and pixel tracking. Attribution is last-click within the window configured per campaign. We do our best to ensure tracking accuracy but cannot guarantee the absence of bugs, browser restrictions (e.g. ITP), or third-party interference.

Disputes regarding tracking discrepancies are reviewed manually. We may clawback commissions for conversions that we determine did not meet the qualifying conditions.

You may terminate your account at any time by writing to your account manager. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, for inactivity, or for any other reason we determine to be in the interest of the network.

On termination, commissions for already-qualified conversions that have not yet been paid will be paid out in the next regular cycle, subject to the standard minimum threshold.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrescoLeads, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the network.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the network operator is established. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
